Data Controller
ElectronArt Design Ltd is the “data controller” (for the purposes of the (GDPR) General Data Protection Regulations) of all personal data collected from you as a Search Cloud One customer.
Data Processor
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the “data processor” under GDPR for all data that Search Cloud One customers upload to searchcloudone.com for storage, searching or other processing. When you login to searchcloudone.com to upload data or use our APIs to send data, you are the Data Controller; you retain full rights over the collection, access, retention and deletion of your data and we will process your data according to your instructions (including digital instructions via the APIs) or contract with ElectronArt Design Ltd or by any settings enabled by you through the user interface or APIs on searchcloudone.com; you are responsible for ensuring that any passwords, secret keys, access IDs are kept secure and that only authorized users log-in to your account or use the APIs that have access to your data.
Collection of Personal Data
To enable us to process your order, inquiry or subscription we will typically acquire personal data which includes your name, your e-mail, your address, and credit/debit card or other payment information. This personal data may come directly from emails from you or via forms on our website or via resellers or suppliers that have taken your order or inquiry.
Use and sharing of Personal Data
We use the information which you provide us to process your order, subscription or inquiry and to provide technical support. We may also email news of new products or services if you have opted-in to these services. Telephone Call Recording
We use digital voicemail to record customer messages and may also record telephone conversations during calls to customers or suppliers to assist us to serve you better.
